If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, It Probably Is!

Have you seen the signs around town advertising Whole House Carpet Cleaning $99? I don't know about you but personally I am a firm believer that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Especially after being in the Carpet Cleaning industry for the last 10 years I know there is no way a company can be profitable cleaning an entire (standard size or larger) house for $99. That is probably why there are SO MANY carpet cleaning companies that don't stay in business very long.

Let's say you hire one of these companies offering their rock bottom prices what kind of cleaning will you get?

- Will they clean with ANY products or just water ? For that price you're only getting water. If you actually want any cleaning agents added to your service that doubles the price.

- Are they cleaning with a powerful truck mounted carpet cleaning unit that heats the water to a germ killing/dirt lifting temperature to get your carpets the DEEP clean you are hoping for…maybe? But, if they are using a portable unit that you can rent from the local grocery store, you have to ask yourself "why am I paying someone to do this?"

- Are you going to pay that rock bottom price they advertised to you after they've cleaned your home ? Don't count on it. You will get a bill for double if not triple: trip charges, service call, not to mention if you had them do ANYTHING besides clean your carpets with water.

The reason companies advertise that price is to get into your home and then they add in all the fees for the services that are STANDARD in our pricing.

If you do your research you will find the companies that have been around for a while might cost a bit more but what do you get with those prices?
